I was interested in implementing boxing technique and drills in my training. I also wanted to continue building power and increasing range of motion. Briana kept my goals in mind during every session. We also worked on drills to improve my running. The workouts always kept me on my toes. I appreciated that she is very detail oriented and a stickler on form as well as very knowledgeable in biomechanics and anatomy.
